– Comprehensive infrastructure support for web, applications, databases, containers, authentication, and more.

IMPORTANT: The price is for monthly and annual support subscriptions (does not include initial installation and configuration from points 1-38). If additional installation or configuration from points 1-38 is required, extra charges will apply based on your specific needs.

Standard

Price: €119/mo. €1,428/yr.

– Response time up to 1 hour 40 minutes after ticket creation.
– Support channels: Email, Telegram, and Discord.
– Support for the points listed above (1-38).
– Comprehensive infrastructure support for web, applications, databases, containers, authentication, and more.
– Corrections and updates to ensure your systems are up-to-date and secure.
– Web scanning and firewall for external network and malware scanning from the server side.
– Installation and configuration 1 time per month of a service selected by the customer

IMPORTANT: The price is for monthly and annual support subscriptions (does not include initial installation and configuration from points 1-38). If additional installation or configuration from points 1-38 is required, extra charges will apply based on your specific needs.

Enterprise

Price: €239/mo. €2,868/yr.

– Response time up to 1 hour after ticket creation.
– Support channels: Email, Telegram, and Discord.
– Support for the points listed above (1-38).
– Comprehensive infrastructure support for web, applications, databases, containers, authentication, and more.
– Corrections and updates to ensure your systems are up-to-date and secure.
– Web scanning and firewall for external network and malware scanning from the server side.
– Monitoring to ensure your servers are always operating at 100%.
– Intrusion detection to identify unauthorized or accidental changes.
– Penetration testing for network or server to detect malicious software or scripts.

IMPORTANT: Price includes monthly and annual maintenance subscription, as well as installation and configuration of one additional random system each month or up to six additional systems per year.
