Payments and Pricing

Once you accept the agreed price, we can start working on your issue right away. To begin, we ask for 50% of the total amount upfront, while the remaining 50% is paid only after the work has been fully completed.
In addition, every IT support task comes with a 7-day fix guarantee: after we resolve an issue, you can test everything yourself, and if the same problem returns within 7 days, we will fix it again free of charge.

Free Trial, Guarantees and Refunds
Yes, before paying for our hosting services, you can request a free seven-day trial by email, so you can test your chosen hosting plan without any obligation.
Even if you decide to start without the trial, you can still request it later. Then simply send us an email, and we'll activate the seven-day trial for you. However, the request must be submitted no later than the 10th day after your initial order.
Please note that the free trial applies only to hosting plans. For IT support and server management, we offer a 7-day fix guarantee instead, as described in the payment section above.
After the trial, you can pay with any of the methods listed above, including card, bank transfer, PayPal, Revolut, Wise or cryptocurrency.
If the service you ordered does not meet your expectations, we will honor our money-back guarantee. However, since we offer a seven-day trial, this rarely happens.
In short, you can try our service for seven days, and if you're not 100% satisfied, you can simply cancel it. Even if you have already paid in advance, that's not a problem, because we will refund your money without hesitation.
The only exceptions are domains, SSL certificates and other external services that have passed the trial period. Since domains and our SSL certificates are prepaid for 12 months, these amounts are unfortunately not refundable.
