RootHosts works on the basis of civil contracts (freelance services), which, at the request of the client, provide formal legal protection and clarity for both parties. This approach guarantees security, trust, and full accountability for every collaboration.

Before paying for our hosting services, you may request a seven-day free trial period by email. This allows you to test your chosen hosting plan without any obligation.

If you decide to continue without the trial period, you may still request its activation later. Simply send us an email stating that you would like to activate the seven-day trial offer.

Please note: the request must be submitted no later than the 10th day after the initial order.

The trial period applies only to hosting services and does not apply to IT support or subscription services related to IT support.

If you choose a subscription or want us to assist you with an IT support case, the service is prepaid. All consultations are completely free and unlimited in time.
During the consultation, we will discuss in detail your requirements, what exactly needs to be done and the exact price for the service. Then you will decide whether you want to continue working with us and assign us the task.
In addition, we provide a 30-day free warranty period for all services performed by us, as a guarantee of quality and reliability.

We do not charge VAT, as we are not registered as a legal entity. We are a team of experienced and fully certified freelancers. All services are provided under freelance (civil) contracts, which ensure full legal protection and transparency for both parties.

If you prefer to pay directly via Revolut or Wise, please contact us and we’ll provide our payment details. 

If in any case the service you ordered from us does not meet your expectations, we will honor our money back guarantee. However, since we offer a seven-day trial period, this scenario is very unlikely.

In short, you can try our service for seven days. If you are not 100% satisfied, you can cancel it with best wishes. Paid in advance. That's not a problem. We will refund your money without hesitation.

Exceptions include domains, SSL certificates (since the domain is prepaid for 12 months, if the SSL certificate is from us, it is also prepaid for 12 months and therefore there is no way to refund) and other external services that have passed the trial period, for which the amount is not refundable.
