1. Abuse of Plans
Users of roothosts.com should use the provided plans wisely and according to their intended use. Using our services to send spam, engage in malicious activities or other illegal practices is strictly prohibited. If we find that an account has been used for such purposes, we reserve the right to immediately review the case and suspension may be required on account.

2. Spam Activities
Using our services to send unsolicited commercial correspondence or spam is strictly prohibited. Any account found to be engaging in such activities will be subject to immediate review. This especially applies to customers who use our services to send spam email.

3. Changes to the Rules
The terms of service for roothosts.com may be updated periodically. By continuing to use our services after such changes, you agree to the updated version of the rules.

4. Delinquent Clients
4.1. When a client has not paid for the WebHosting or AndroidHosting service for more than 2 months, their account will be suspended. To reactivate the account, the client will be charged a reactivation fee of 10 euros.

4.2. If no payment is received within 5 days after the service expiration (VPS or dedicated servers), the server will be permanently suspended and the client may lose important information. To reactivate and reconfigure the server, the client will be charged a fee of 20 euros.

4.3. Any client who wishes to test the WebHosting service is entitled to a 30-day trial period.

4.4. Any client who wishes to test the service (VPS, dedicated server) can choose the cheapest plan or a plan according to their needs. A 30-day trial period is not provided for this type of service.

5. When does the client have the right to compensation or a refund?

There are several cases where the client can receive their money back from RootHosts:

  • During the 30-day trial period: If the client is not satisfied, they must contact us at least 5 business days before the end of the trial period.
  • Poor quality of service: If the client has paid for a service but does not receive quality service.
  • Damage on our part: If there is damage on our part, the client can request compensation or we can recalculate the service used and refund the amount for the remaining payment period.
  • Non-conformance with the description: If the service the client received does not match the description or promises given at the time of purchase, the client has the right to a refund.
  • Violation of agreed terms: If RootHosts violates the terms of the agreement that were previously agreed upon with the client, they have the right to request a refund.

6. Ours Rules on RootHosts community

  • Spam and insults (including profanity, etc.) are not allowed on the site. Such comments, topics, or signatures will be deleted after several warnings, and the respective user may be banned.
  • Members are not allowed to engage in threatening behavior towards other members.
  • Please post your questions or topics in the appropriate category. Please read the forum descriptions before posting or asking your questions.
  • Promotion in signatures is not allowed!
  • The moderation team, support team, and others reserve the right to edit, remove, or place any post in moderation queue at any time if deemed not in accordance with the forum rules.
  • Duplicate topics or posts will be deleted, combined, or locked.
  • Posting 20 topics/comments at once (within 1 minute) is not allowed, as this will automatically be considered as spam and your name may be blocked.
  • When ordering a specific service, you receive a 30-day trial period during which no payment is required.
  • We reserve the right to adjust prices according to inflation, with prior notification to our customers 3 months before the price increase.
